Advertising - A form of communication that typically attempts to persuade potential customers to purchase
or to consume more of a particular brand of product or service.
Advertising bar - A software program that installs on the computer desktop, taking a certain amount of space for
displaying advertising banners.
Affiliate (online) - An Internet-based marketing practice in which a business rewards one or more affiliates for each
visitor or customer brought about by the affiliates marketing efforts.
Promotion (marketing) - Promotion involves disseminating information about a product, product line, brand, or company.
Publishing (media) - The activity of making information available for public view.
Ready-made website - A website focused on do it yourself, easy editing and customizing its pre-made content.
Website - A collection of Web pages, images, videos or other digital content that is hosted on one or more web
servers, accessible via the Internet.
In Photography
Composition - The placement or arrangement of visual elements or ingredients in a work of art.
Digital file format - A computer file format that can contain various types of data, compressed by means of standardized
audio/video codecs. In digital photography the most used file format is jpg or jpeg.
Stock agency - A supplier of stock images for business and consumers with a big and diversified archive of images.
Technical image quality - A characteristic of an image that measures the perceived image degradation (typically,
compared to an ideal or perfect image). Imaging systems may introduce some amounts of distortion or artifacts
in the signal.
